Shipping Policies: Free shipping on all orders over $55.00. Orders under $55.00 will be charged a $6.00 shipping fee when you check out. Our free shipping applies to ALL orders, including train tables and other furniture.  There are no hidden charges.  Please, no P.O. Box addresses.  We ship with UPS, and they do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

We ship to locations in the contiguous U.S. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses because UPS ground does not deliver to these locations. We will cancel orders that have shipping addresses outside the contiguous U.S.   We are able to accept orders from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is in the contiguous U.S. 

We do NOT ship to Canada.  We have spent a considerable amount of time looking into this issue.  For commercial shipments, a customs broker is required.  This costs about $40.00 per shipment.  Customs also requires considerable additional paperwork to accompany the order that we currently do not produce.  The Canadian government will also charge the VAT on all incoming shipments. 

Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days UPS ground.  We ship from Indianapolis.  Dropship items (some train tables and furniture) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take longer.  These items are clearly marked on our website. Please see the map below to determine your time in transit (based on business days).

Please provide a street address for shipping.  UPS Does not deliver to PO Boxes.  If you supply an e-mail address with your order, we will send you the UPS tracking number when the package ships..
